Word offers many style and theme options to make your document more professional and appropriate. I find it to be a super useful tool that enhances the understanding of documents and makes them more pleasant to read.
I would confuse Theme and Style constantly throughout the training. It was just one of those things I could never get right on the first try even though they do totally different things.
I'm right there with Wayne, theme, and style took me a second to differentiate. After getting a hang of it I loved how easy it was to make things look consistent throughout.
